Stress Management Can not Prevent ill

!±8± Stress Management Can not Prevent ill

Sitting Alone in the Dark, a little before sunrise we consider the financial issues and family crisis horizon. Another sleepless night draws to a close. Another night of eating, how and what you are doing.

The mortgage is due stack of new and credit card bills are not paid. Your pension fund continues to diminish. And even after you have a handful of resumes and have sent dozens of calls, you've never heard ofpotential employer for an interview.

Unchecked, stress can lead to the point of construction, where it begins to hurt physically. It 'began with restless sleep and turns quickly to sleepless nights. Other physical symptoms begin to manifest hypertension (high blood pressure), eating out of boredom or for comfort (weight gain) or loss of appetite (weight loss). A few days forget to eat, other days, you binge on bags of fast food and a pint of beer (or two) of iceCream.

Experts agree that some 'stress from time to time can be very useful for the people by increasing production, increasing productivity and ingenuity inspiration and creativity. But too much stress at any point in time or a constant amount of stress over time can lead to negative consequences in behavior. It begins to eat too much, skipping meals, start or increase the smoke, is to increase the consumption of harmful substances such as alcohol (or worse).

Even withoutbad habits, chronic stress can lower your immune system to increase the ability to ward off illnesses like colds or how long these conditions will affect them. Unchecked, stress that lasts a long time, can actually cause problems such as heart disease, diabetes, memory loss and digestive problems, or problems such as ulcers of the lower tract. Stress reduces the body's ability to ward off the disease or reduce the natural ability to heal itself.

The effects are not limited to physiological.Mental stress can be caused by constant care, feeding and uncertainty. Americans of all ages are problems, the emphasis is suffering from economic difficulties. This is especially true for older workers who have lost their jobs, while what they expected, for the last ten years of their career will be.

And people who lose their jobs is not the only ones that affect the poor economic situation. Studies have shown that people who fear their jobs may actually have more health problemsPeople who have lost their jobs. With fewer people to do the work that these people will only increase or decrease the workload of the terms, they have to do with the fact that they continue to lose jobs over the next downsizing or budget cuts to fight.

The best way to deal with stress is to leave the roadway. Socializing with friends at least once a week. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Be sure to eat healthy meals regularly. These are the things I really like, likesuch as playing music, hiking, gardening, etc. to try something new, like joining a gym, start yoga or meditation experience.
